CARE INSPECTORATE REPORT

The Care Inspectorate is an organisation that monitors the care sector in Scotland and undertakes regular checks of services and staff.

At 1st Focus Care, all of our records and reports can be found publicly on the Care Inspectorate website. These public reports allow potential service users to see scores relating to service level, staff skills and experience, and how the management of the company run their care business.

Once an agreement is in place with you privately or via the local council, we will build you a care and support plan and agree on a start date.

DUTY OF CANDOUR REPORT

The need for quality for any care company is in undergoing regular checks from regulatory bodies and also the Care Inspectorate in Scotland.

In the event of an incident occurring which triggers the duty of Candour, our staff would report the incident to the on-call manager who would record the incident and report to the Operations Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that the duty of candour procedure is followed.
