1st Focus Homecare pride itself on not only how we look after our service users but also our care at home staff. We are always looking at ways to improve the working environment which at times can be very difficult and challenging.
We carry out a care at home staff survey every 6 months to see what areas we can improve on. The care at home staff survey feedback is always appreciated and It’s always nice to hear that staff feel supported. We really hope that this sentiment is carried through to all of our staff who are all very much appreciated.
